She has been invited to talks, lectures, and panel discussions by different universities, including the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and Aligarh Muslim University, India. Dr. Sharma handles training sessions at the Rajasthan Police Academy, Jaipur, India, on such topics as Change Management, Communication Skills, Gender Discrimination, and Personality Development. Her special interest areas are tourism, tourism marketing, strategic management and international business management.
