Now, for the first time, the Hans Erni Museum Lucerne and the Museum Wiesbaden are showing Drühl’s collection of nineteenth-century paintings alongside his works: from Eugen Bracht to Janus La Cour and Carl Spitzweg. Sven Drühl (*1968, Nassau) studied art and mathematics. He became internationally known through his compilations of landscape paintings. With a PhD in art theory, he is also an author and editor of publications on contemporary art.
