The Lovers Tarot card can signify attraction, love, and commitment, but reversed, it may represent failure and foolishness. The Tarot of Love, part of Flame Tree's exciting new series of Romantic Fantasy titles, is a collection filled with stories of seers, soothsayers and diviners. No matter the kind of love: the greatest love of all time, fearing temptation, or a love lost, we strive to have order in something as messy as love. But in these tales of romance, will lovers meet their fated end, and will the prophecy be fulfilled?

Flame Tree Romantic Fantasy – a captivating blend of our signature Gothic Fantasy collections with the passion and magic of Romantasy. This series featuring stories selected from open submissions is an exciting addition to Flame Tree's Beyond & Within, Myths, Gods & Immortals, Gothic Fantasy, Classic Stories and Epic Tales Collections, all beautifully presented, perfect as a gift and offering a lifetime of reading pleasure.

After formally training as a Classical musician, Niamh followed the call of another kind of art – writing. She is an author of fantasy, supernatural, and LGBTQIA+ fiction. In 2025, she independently published her epic fantasy – Fate of the Five, which received three special edition deals, one with Fox and Wit. She also published its prequel – Fate of the Forsaken in the Bewitched Blooms anthology with Briar Boleyn in the same year. She was honoured to be a finalist in the Penguin Random House Prixe of 2022, which gave her the courage to follow that call in the first place.
