About Alexis Phillips | Phillip Sandahl
As a co-founder of Team Coaching International (TCI), Phil Sandahl was an internationally recognized consultant/coach, trainer, and author. In his role as CEO and Chief Coaching Officer, Phil was responsible for the design and delivery of all TCI training worldwide, He coached teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, including at Bank of America, Cisco, Bayer, ING, the US Navy and US State Department. His legacy as an author includes co-authoring the worldwide bestseller, Co-Active Coaching. A founding partner of Team Coaching International and a co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ suite of diagnostic tools, Alexis Phillips has worked with teams and team development for more than 20 years. She has served a full spectrum of clients, including: Oracle, Microsoft, Corbis, ITP, Compaq Computer and Market Tools. Alexis is the co-founder of the Team and Work Group Coaching (SIG) for the International Coach Federation.
