Lindsey Byrne is the director of a training and consultancy business started in
2003, working with clients on strategic planning, financial evaluation of business
plans and investment appraisal with clients ranging from small businesses to
global PLCs.
Lindsey is a CIMA qualified accountant (ACMA) with an MBA from the University of Warwick, she worked at Marconi plc until 2001 and was part of the team to develop
and disseminate their strategy planning process. She also facilitated strategy planning
workshops and modelled financial evaluations of strategies and business plans.
Since working as a consultant and trainer, she has assisted many companies
with business and financial planning and with the evaluation of accounts and
