Of poisoned African knives and pretty Pickles
Just returned from service in South Africa, Colonel Gore goes for what seems a perfectly conventional dinner party – but before the evening is done the stage is set for blackmail, illegal drugs, and murder.
Drawn into the mystery by Barbara Melhuish (aka ‘Pickles’), the Colonel works through a series of baffling clues to the solution – a solution which comes as a complete surprise!
