Erdem Baydeniz is currently a Lecturer at Aydın Adnan Menderes University. He has authored several national and international articles, papers, and book chapters, and his research interests include gastronomy, neurogastroenterology, and the dynamics of tourism management, such as sustainability, crisis management, and the resilience of tourism destinations.
