Katie Parker is the founder recipe developer writer and photographer for the food blog Veggie and the Beast. Shes been a vegetarian for twenty-five of her twenty-eight years and her boyfriend Ryanan avowed carnivore outdoorsman and bowhuntercame up with the name.
