Rebecca Brenner is a best-selling author, teacher, speaker and practitioner of the integrative healing arts. Her studies have led her through a BFA and MA in movement and expression, trainings in somatic therapy, certifications in yoga, mindfulness meditation and a Ph.D. in nutrition. For the last 20 years, she has led popular wellness, yoga and mindfulness classes in Pennsylvania, Washington, New York and Utah. She currently lives in Park City, Utah, working individually with clients and families through her consulting practice, Park City Holistic Health. Brooke Kemmerer is a freelance illustrator and artist residing in Wyoming. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2006 and her MA in Spiritual Psychology in 2010. From living in a yurt in the San Juan Mountains to studying Tibetan Buddhism in Kathmandu, Brooke finds that each journey and experience leads her to the next precipice of self-understanding. Now a mother of two, Brooke enjoys painting and illustrating books that help kids navigate the emotional realm.
