In this Chinese folktale, an old woman spends years weaving, day and night, until one day she reveals a magical cloth. But, moments later, the cloth mysteriously disappears! Now her three young sons must set out on a long, mystical journey to find it. With clever text and easy-to-follow panels, Discover Graphics: Global Folktales are perfect for graphic novel fans new and old.
Ailynn Collins learned a lot about writing from her teachers at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. She has always loved reading science fiction stories about other worlds and strange aliens. She enjoys creating new characters and worlds for her stories, as well as envisioning what the future might look like. When not writing, Collins enjoys spending her spare time reading and playing board games with her family. She lives near Seattle, Washington, with her husband and loveable dogs. Arief Putra loves working and drawing in his home studio at the corner of Yogyakarta City, Indonesia. He enjoys coffee, cooking, space documentaries, and solving the Rubik’s Cube. Living in a small house in a rural area with his wife and two sons, Arief has a big dream to spread positivity around the world through his art.
