Pedro’s favourite stuffed animal toy, Milo the Moose, joins him and Katie for a fun day at the fair. But when Pedro loses track of Milo, the two friends put the rides and games on hold and search for him. Where did that missing moose go? Perfectly pitched for young readers who are beginning to read independently for the first time, The Mystery of the Missing Moose is part of the Katie Woo and Pedro Mysteries series, in which Katie Woo and her pal Pedro team up to solve puzzles together. By investigating the problem and collecting clues, the sleuthing friends don’t stop until the mysteries are solved! After each case is closed, readers will review the investigation, hypothesis and resolution of the mystery, earning a basic understanding of the mystery genre.
