Karina Inkster, MA, PTS, is a fitness and nutrition coach and is also the author of Foam Rolling: 50 Exercises for Massage, Injury Prevention, and Core Strength, and Resistance Band Exercises: Strength Training at Home or On the Go. She holds a master’s degree in gerontology, specializing in health and aging. Vegan since 2003 and vegetarian since 1998, Karina hosts the No-Bullsh!t Vegan podcast (noBSvegan.com), busting myths and providing evidence-based advice to kick butt with your health and fitness—on a vegan diet. Her award-winning online coaching programs help vegans worldwide live their healthiest, most plant-strong lives. Karina has been weightlifting, swimming, jumping rope, and power yoga-ing her way to fitness since 2003.
