Want to know where to go for the best wine in Britain? Plan your perfect tour of the vineyards and wineries of Britain with this comprehensive wine guide.

From award-winning producers of world-class sparkling wines to up-and-coming winemakers surprising the world with the diversity and quality of their offerings, brush up on your knowledge of what is fast becoming one of the world's most exciting wine regions.

In this guide, wine expert and photographer Ed Dallimore provides detailed notes on the best vineyards, wineries and wines of Britain - not just sparkling wines but also still white wines, rosé wines and red wines, all accompanied by his gorgeous photography.

Meet the wines and the people behind them.

Ed lets you into his secrets about where to go for cellar door sales, explores which wines are being produced in which regions, and shares insights into hidden gems to seek out and try.
Ed Dallimore has worked in the wine industry for over fourteen years. He has spent the majority of his career championing small-scale and independent winemakers. He lived in Sydney for eight years, representing boutique wineries across the region. Ed is also a photographer specialising in landscapes, seascapes, wildlife and portraiture. While living in Sydney he contributed to the photography-led guidebook Word of Mouth Guide: New South Wales, published in Australia in 2017. He was a finalist in the 2020 World Surf Photographer of the Year Competition. In recent years, Ed has visited over 140 British vineyards to discover the best wine producers the UK has to offer.
