Floyd Woodrow MBE DCM is a leadership specialist, author and entrepreneur. He is the chairman and CEO of Super North Star, the world's leading values-based performance organisation, advising CEO’s from around the world in fields such as business, sports and education on leadership and elite performance. Floyd is also the chairman of the Quantum Group. His success in business has come after a distinguished military career with the Parachute Regiment and 23 years within the 22 Special Air Service where he was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal for his services in Iraq and an MBE for his services in Afghanistan. Floyd also heads a charitable foundation called Compass for Life which delivers educational programmes in schools and colleges across the UK, assisting disadvantaged children with their educational and aspirational needs.
