Ibrahim Çetin is senior lecturer of Tourism Management - Serik Faculty of Business at the Akdeniz University in Türkiye. He has completed his master degree on ecological tourism at Balikesir University and he deserved his PhD degree by completing the thesis about consumer behaviour and brand equity field from Dokuz Eylül University / Izmir. Dr. Çetin authored and co-authored of articles, chapters, conference papers related to tourism and hospitality. In addition to teaching experience in Turkiye Dr. Çetin has almost ten years teaching experience internationally in tourism and hospitality field. He has practical experience in hospitality industry in different departments of different five-star hotels and airline industry (Turkish Airlines). His area of research includes hospitality and tourism marketing, tourist behavior, services management, brand equity and purchasing behaviour, sustainability and rural tourism, employee motivation in hospitality industry.

Muzaffer Uysal is a Provost Professor and Carney Family Endowed Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
