Adam Tie grew up loving reading and writing. His love for books pushed him to start The Novel Encounter that offers wrapped mystery books to its customers to encourage them to try new things. He started writing poems for strangers when a browser who found him typing on an old Corona typewriter at a vintage fair asked him to write a poem for her friend who was heartbroken. This resulted in the service where he writes poetry on demand using three-word prompts, and the publication of Finder & Keepers, an anthology of such poems. This Life Electric is his debut novel.
