Tiny Tiger has BIG feelings about not going out today and is not afraid to let us know!
Tiny Tiger does NOT want to go to a party and tries every trick in the book NOT to leave the house and the NOT to go in on arrival. But once inside, Tiny Tiger gradually overcomes their true feelings of anxiety and enthusiastically throws themselves into the party so that - of course - when the time comes, Tiny Tiger does NOT want to leave!
- An adorable and helpfulconversation-starter about why a child might feel reluctant about doing something and whether in fact it might all work out!
- A charming and relatable follow-up to the irresistible Tiny Tiger says Why Can't I?, exploring BIG feelings in a light-hearted way with a cheeky twist.
- A rhythmic, immensely skilful rhyming text from beloved author Smriti Halls (I'm Sticking with You) is paired with wonderfully bright and expressive illustrations from acclaimed illustrator Steve Small (The Duck who Didn't Like Water).
- The perfect picture book for reluctant tigers of all ages!

He’s the illustrator of I’m Sticking with You and the author and illustrator of The Duck Who Didn’t Like Water, Wellington’s Big Day Out, Brave Little Bear, and The Hare Who Wouldn’t Share. Steve lives in London, and when he’s not painting and drawing, you’ll likely find him feeding the crows on Blackheath Common.
