During a brief detour, he worked on special effects for such movies as Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow and Serenity. Born and raised in California, he now lives in Croatia with his amazing wife, awesome son, and wiggle-tailed dog where he is perhaps more well known as a brewer of beer.
