Lenn Millbower formerly of the Disney University and Disney Institute, is an accomplished music arranger, experienced corporate trainer, and professional instructional designer. Residing in Orlando, FL., he has written and conducted training seminars for Florida based theme park and entertainment companies. Mr. Millbower's specific focus is on interactive learning activities that combine entertainment with learning. Mr. Millbower is a Professor at Southern College, Orlando, FL. and President of Offbeat Training, Inc. Margaret Parkin has a Master's degree in Training and Development and a Master Practitioner qualification in Neurolinguistic Programming. Founder and Principal of Training Options, she has worked with individuals, groups and major organizations for over 20 years, helping them with her innovative and refreshing approach to training. She is a well-known speaker at conferences and symposia around the world. Her first two books, Tales for Trainers and Tales for Coaching are also both published by Kogan Page.
