From the Macmillan Prize-winning creator of The Truth About Old People.

An adventurous and joyous picture book celebration of books and reading, showing that books are for everybody.

Books don't light up, they don't make any noise – so what is the point? One little boy's mum and dad, grandpa and grandpa launch into a journey of discovery, sharing everything they love about reading and the magical wonder of books.

Perfect for reluctant readers, new readers and book-lovers alike, The Truth About Books is a book to treasure.

Elina Ellis loves drawing pictures and imagining stories.
