Ian Davies has worked for the last 46 years in the aerospace and defence industry. In that time from starting as an apprentice he held a number of senior General Management/Managing Director positions in large UK and US Corporations and also UK SMEs in the UK and Poland. His work experience covered responsibility for all P&L and Strategic management activity from Sales and Business Development through Commercial and Operational management. He completed a fast-track Masters Degree in Business Management at the age of 45 and now works as a self-employed Business Management consultant in the South of England providing support and advice to SME manufacturing and engineering businesses across the UK, Poland and the USA.
