"Wally" Wallis, an old sea-dog, rebellious, independent and chaotic, is by no means the perfect retirement home resident. When his room-mate, Potts, dies and is replaced with the staid, dull. upright and polite George Fairbrother, war is instantly declared. Wally appals George by cooking a steak in their room and later, George incenses Wally be dividing the room in half with sticky tape.
