Nathaniel P. Reed, executive president of the Hobe Sound Company, is one of the nation's foremost conservationists. After serving in environmental posts under three Florida governors, he was appointed by President Nixon as assistant secretary of the interior for Fish and Wildlife and Parks. Mr. Reed was reappointed by President Ford and served until 1977. Dennis Drabelle is a lawyer and former counsel to the assistant secretary of the interior for Fish and Wildlife and Parks (Nathaniel Reed). He later worked for the Federal Trade Commission on antitrust problems in the solar energy industry and is now engaged in a fulltime writing career.
