    Catherine Blackledge PhD is a non-fiction author and a former science journalist and communications specialist. 'The Story of V' (2003), a best-selling history of the vagina, was published in 13 countries and reissued in 2020 as Raising the Skirt: the Unsung Power of the Vagina. 'The Man Who Saw the Future: a Biography of Astrologer William Lilly' traces astrology's rise and fall. Catherine lives in northwest England with her husband and daughter. When she isn't writing, she marries people.

    Kasia Bogdanska (Illustrator)
    Kasia was born in 1980 and is a freelance illustrator currently working and living in Warsaw, Poland. She formally studied Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, receiving her Master's Degree there in 2005. After her studies, she began working as an illustrator for numerous magazines and newspapers in Poland and Europe and now also works with clients internationally. Kasia is still a painter at heart, but combines her fine arts training with new artistic technologies and tools to create unique illustrations.
