Welcome to The Unofficial Buffy the Vampire Slayer quiz book, the quizbook to test whether you’re truly Scooby Gang material. (And don’t worry – you won’t have to battle it out over the Hellmouth to find the answers; just skip to page 173).

Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s puntastic monster-of-the-week formula saw our heroine face off against Big Bads and big feelings, proving an empowering recipe for timeless TV. Buffy fought vampires, demons and destiny itself, saving the world all the while cracking killer one-liners and looking damn cool doing it.

Now the stakes are even higher with the ultimate quiz to determine if you’re a bona fide Slayerette. Packed with trivia spanning more than 100 hours of Buffy – plus bonus round from the original movie – this is the test that separates the newbies from the chosen ones. So, what are we waiting for?

It’s slaying time.

Hanna Flint is a London-based, British-Tunisian film critic, author and emerging screenwriter whose work sits at the intersection of cinema, identity and popular storytelling. Widely published across major international outlets including the Guardian, Empire, GQ and BBC Culture, she has built a career defined by sharp analysis, emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of how cinema shapes and reflects the world around us.

Her debut book, Strong Female Character: What Movies Teach Us, was published by Footnote Press in 2022 and re-released in 2024. It combines memoir and film criticism to explore how popular cinema informs personal identity, further cementing her reputation as a distinctive, authoritative voice on screen storytelling. She also wielded her genre expertise for Simon & Schuster's The Unofficial Buffy the Vampire Slayer Quiz Book, set for release in 2026.
