His influences include Charles Dickens, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Jack London, George Orwell, Ernest Hemingway, Somerset Maugham, Christopher Isherwood and Gabriel Garcia Marquez among many others.
He was inspired to write VAGABUNDO after a trip to a remote coastal town in Brazil.
