A dark techno-thriller about hackers who discover a hidden layer of the internet that can reshape reality—and is rapidly learning how to control it.
In 1999, Gabriel and his friends discovered the Undernet—a secret architecture to the internet. They charted their exploration on a message board called W0RLDTR33.
Then they lost control. Someone broke into W0RLDTR33–someone who welcomed the violent hold the Undernet had on them. At great personal cost, Gabriel and the others thought they sealed the Undernet away for good.
They were wrong. And now the whole world will know the meaning of PH34R.
The first three arcs of the taboo-shattering series by Multiple Eisner Award-winning writer JAMES TYNION IV (The Department of Truth, Exquisite Corpses) and superstar artist Fernando Blanco (Detective Comics) are collected here for the first time in deluxe hardcover format.
Collects issues #1-16, a cover gallery, and initial design material.

JAMES TYNION IV is the writer of Batman, and many other titles for DC Comics, including Detective Comics, Justice League Dark, and the New York Times best selling Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trilogy. He is the co-creator of Wynd, Something is Killing the Children, Memetic, and the GLAAD award winning series, The Woods. He lives and works in Brooklyn, NY with his partner and their nice old dog.
Fernando Blanco is one of the most prolific Spanish authors at DC, with whom he started working in 2013 on titles such as Detective Comics, Catwoman, and Justice League Dark he is also the co-creator of the worldwide acclaimed and popular success W0RLDTR33, written by James Tynion IV and published by Image Comics.
Fernando Blanco made his debut in the American market in the early 2000s as an inker for Dark Horse Comics and DC Comics, after finishing his studies in illustration at the Zaragoza School of Arts and honing his skills in the fanzine field for several years. Shortly after, in 2006, he focused on his role as a full-fledged artist, contributing to projects like Army of Darkness for Dynamite, Thunderbolts, Max Payne, and Marvel Zombies for Marvel Comics, and Strangers for Image Comics.
However, it’s his work at DC starting in 2013 that has propelled Fernando Blanco into becoming one of the best-known Spanish artists in the industry, thanks to his work on series such as Batman Eternal, Batman and Robin Eternal, Batman: Detective Comics, Midnighter and Apollo, Batwoman, Sandman Universe – Lucifer: The Wild Hunt, Resurrection Man, and Justice League Dark, in addition to his acclaimed run on Catwoman, alongside Joëlle Jones and Ram V.
While Fernando occasionally draws select pieces by hand whenever time allows, the vast majority of his work is digital.
Jordie Bellaire is a two-time Eisner winning colorist for acclaimed projects such as Vision, They're Not Like Us, Pretty Deadly, Injection, Auttumnlands etc, as well as mainstream hits like Batman, Deadpool, Moon Knight, and Hawkeye. She is writer and co-creator with artist Vanesa R. Del Rey on the ongoing Image Comics series Redlands.
She lives in Ireland with her famous cat, Buffy.
