This updated and revised edition of Walks in Nature: Tasmania highlights the 50 best walks to experience the state’s natural beauty.
From bays of picturesque blue waters to centuries-old rainforests, local walker and writer Andrew Bain shows you one of the best ways to see the state – via track and trail.
With 50 walks varying in length and difficulty, there’s truly something for everyone. Each walk is accompanied by an easy-to-use map, photo, local insider knowledge and a recommended foodie pitstop.
It’s the perfect guide so you can spend a day out in nature.
This book is a collaboration between writer Andrew Bain and designer Anna Carlile.
Andrew Bain is a Hobart-based writer who is passionate about bushwalking and the outdoors. He was the lead author of Lonely Planet’s Walking in Australia guidebook and has written extensively about Tasmanian trails for newspapers and magazines across the world.
Anna Carlile runs eco-conscious design company Design By Nature, which draws inspiration from nature and encourages design that celebrates and protects the environment. Anna is also the author and designer for Walks in Nature: Australia, Grounded, and 365 Nature.
