About Gillian Lobel | Ragnhild Scamell | Gaby Hansen
Gillian Lobel was born in Coventry and read English at Manchester University. She taught English for many years, as well as tutoring children with special educational needs. Ragnhild Scamell was born in Denmark, but soon found her way across the North Sea to her adopted country, England. All her animal books are based on real events. Gaby Hansen was born in South Africa where she attended the School of Art, Ballet, Drama and Music. She then studied Graphic Design and Illustration for five years.
