Karen McCombie has written more than 100 children’s books, been published worldwide and was described by Waterstones as “One of children’s fiction’s most accomplished authors”. Karen is the author of the best-selling and much-loved series ALLY’S WORLD (Scholastic), as well as the Carnegie-nominated LITTLE BIRD FLIES and its partner novel LITTLE BIRD LANDS (Nosy Crow), sweeping Victorian sagas set in the Scottish Highlands and 1860s America respectively.
