Hilarious observational humour and witty social commentary combine in this debut comedy of an alien reluctantly coming to Earth to "fix" the mess that humans have made of her school project.

When alien "Sky" creates planet Earth as part of a school project, she's delighted by her success. Those dinosaurs roaming about the place are top-mark material! Then humans sweep in and it's farewell dinosaurs, hello destruction. This disappointing evolutionary twist calls for drastic measures: Sky, the laziest student in class, is going to have make an effort, go down to Earth and fix humanity...

Alice Primmer is a writer and children’s book editor. She’s been writing stories since she was six years old, and the quality has improved a little now she no longer uses felt tips. Alice studied English Literature and Old Norse (don’t ask) at the University of York, and lives in Leighton Buzzard, a place that sounds made-up but she’s almost certain is real. When she’s not writing, she can be found learning Spanish badly or watching Doctor Who expertly.

Fred Blunt is an award-winning illustrator who makes humour his top priority in his drawing. Right from early (rather unflattering) portraits of teachers, he wanted to entertain with his work. Fred has illustrated (and written) dozens of picture books. He lives in Wales.
