Join Worm as he digs from one side of the world to the other in this thrilling underground adventure!
Worm lives in a lovely patch of soil in a lush green field. But his peace is soon shattered when a huge digger and a hungry mole turn up! Poor Worm has no option but to DIG! He digs deeper than he’s ever gone before, and danger is lurking around every corner . . . he bumps into lost treasures, skeletons of fallen soldiers and dinosaurs, until eventually, he almost hits a big, hot ball of magma, and somehow, after he escapes it, he seems to be digging upwards!
A fun adventure with an educational twist from Tom Tinn-Disbury, author and illustrator of Duck Delivers, with amazing worm facts young readers will love.

Tom Tinn-Disbury studied animation at university, where he realised that the best part of the process was writing stories and drawing characters and not necessarily making them move! After a brief foray into film editing and broadcast TV, Tom decided to pursue a career in picture book making. His first picture book, The Caveman Next Door was published in 2019 and was Runner Up in the Cambridge ‘Read it Again’ awards. Tom uses a mix of pens, pencils, paint and Photoshop to create his art and coffee and sandwiches to write his stories. Tom lives and works in Rugby, UK.
