About Nyree Wright

Nyree has been a midwife for almost thirty years. After 11 years working in the NHS she became an Independent Midwife and started Sage Femme Midwifery Practice. She wrote this book because soon after becoming a midwife her first baby died unexpectedly at birth. It is written from her personal experiences as a method of support for any mother going through the same experience.
