Best known from his work on Savage Brothers BLUE BEETLE and SUPERMAN/BATMAN he has also published the creator-owned graphic novels Crimeland (2007) and Mondo Urbano (2010). Rafael is an Eisner and Harvey Award winner for the NY Times Bestseller AMERICAN VAMPIRE (DC Comics/Vertigo 2010) written by Scott Snyder and Stephen King.
