About Andrew DavidsonJimmy Rotheram

Jimmy Rotheram is a primary music co-ordinator in a school in Bradford and previously worked as a further education teacher and professional musician. After boosting academic achievement in his school through music Jimmy was shortlisted for the Global Teacher Prize and awarded the 2017 Cecilia Vajda Memorial Scholarship as well as the 'unsung hero' award from AET Academies for his work as an advocate for music in primary schools. He has developed music resources for primary teachers in collaboration with the Nicola Benedetti Foundation. Follow Jimmy on Twitter at: @MusicEdu4all. Andrew Davidson is an Australian arts educator based in London. He holds degrees in music and theatre and is a qualified teacher of Dalcroze and Kodály music education. He has taught at all levels from early childhood to adult education and has presented at conferences and workshops in Europe Asia and North America. He has worked as a pianist and composer for theatre and dance and as a stage director for opera and musical theatre. He was Head of Dramatic Arts at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) before relocating to the UK. Honours include a Queens Trust and a Nadia Boulanger Award.
