About David BaileyRichard Whish

Richard Whish KC (Hon) was a Professor of Law at King's College London from 1991 to 2013 and became Emeritus Professor there in 2013; in 2014 he was appointed KC Honoris Causa. David Bailey is a Professor of Practice in Competition Law at King's College London; he is also a Barrister at Brick Court Chambers and Standing Counsel to the Competition and Markets Authority.
