Michael J. Allen is a former Commissioner at the Criminal Cases Review Commission and prior to that was Professor of Law at Newcastle Law School. Ian Edwards is an Associate Professor in Law at the University of East Anglia. He has previously worked at Nottingham Law School and Cardiff Law School.
