About Matt WilkinsonSharlee Gibb

Hailing from South Yorkshire in the UK chef Matt Wilkinson his wife Sharlee Gibb and their two young boys now call Melbourne home. Matt runs the much-loved East Brunswick eating and drinking establishment Pope Joan - unique cafe by day and casual neighbourhood eatery by night replete with a kitchen garden and very own produce store Hams & Bacon. Sharlee is part chef wrangler (she was the long-time gastronomy program manager at the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival) part event maker part domestic goddess. She is the founder of Fully Booked a social community for women in the food and media industry.
