Peter Dacoutros – My Favourites

Peter’s latest book My Favourites is the culmination of his life-long journey with food. It recounts his childhood memories of family dishes being prepared and enjoyed with his family and friends.

Together with well over a decade of presenting cookery programmes on local television stations, he feels he has reached the point where he would like to share all of his favourite recipes in this latest grand publication.
