About M. Kahancová

MARTA KAHANCOVÁ is a research fellow at the Central European Labour Studies institute in Bratislava Slovakia and a visiting assistant professor at the Department of Political Science Central European University in Budapest Hungary. Her research interests include multinational firms industrial relations civil society and work-related migration. In 2006 and 2008 Marta was a doctoral and a postdoctoral research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne Germany. She earned her PhD. in Social Sciences in 2007 at the Amsterdam School for Social Science Research University of Amsterdam The Netherlands. Her dissertation received the 2009 award of the Dutch Sociological Association.
