About Michael Rosen

Michael Rosen is one of the nation's best-loved writers and creator of such contemporary classics such as Were Going on a Bear Hunt Little Rabbit Foo Foo and Michael Rosen's Sad Book. His numerous poetry collections including Jelly Boots Smelly Boots and On the Move have delighted children for generations. Michael was the Children's Laureate from 2007 to 2009 and founded the Roald Dahl Funny Prize in 2008 to honour books that make children laugh.
