She has written 15 books for children including So Much (Walker Books) which won the Nestlé Smarties Book Prize the She/WHSmiths Under Fives Book Prize and the Kurt Maschler Award. So Much was Highly Commended for the Kate Greenaway Medal and also won awards in France and South Africa. Anne Violet is a freelance illustrator based in Chorlton Manchester. She illustrates children's books book covers editorials and posters. She recently won the Society Children's Book Writers & Illustrators Undiscovered Voices Tribute Competition. Nikki Gamble is the founder and Director of Write Away and Just Imagine Story Centre. Nikki has worked in education and reading promotion for over 25 years Formerly a teacher (secondary and primary) and teacher educator she is lecturer writer and education consultant.
