After 'Trials of Love', Matt, Emily and their adopted daughters, Paula and Beverley, have reason to believe the influence of the 'Dastardly Davieses' is no more, but they are wrong. Deep in Paula's soul is that dreadful day when, as a young child, she was abducted. She throws herself into work to bury that day, but when her boss and mentor resigns, things change. Is her new, kind and considerate boyfriend what she needs to turn things around, or are the Davieses still lurking in the background?

About Dennis Loynes
Dennis Loynes was born in 1949 and has spent his whole life in the rural splendour that is Worcestershire. He retired from his job as Finance Director of a small group of motor dealers in 2008. He loved his job and is enjoying his busy life of retirement even more. He achieved an honours degree in Social Science in 2013 and discovered the thrill of writing by chance when crafting a Christmas story for his grandchildren. The solitary story grew and grew and became 'Santa's Challenges' and the children's story was published in 2018. In 2013 he had short stories published in 'Figures in the Mist' and 'Windmills and Paper Boats'. His first novel 'Trials of Love' was published in 2017 by SilverWood Books. Since then one thought kept flicking through his mind - what happened to the main characters in that book? Did things work out well for Paula and Beverley in particular? Did they find love? There was only one way to find out and that's how 'Pathway to Love' was born. Dennis is a member of the Worcester Writers Circle and when not writing loves tennis badminton jogging Manchester United and duplicate bridge.
