Payments and Credits

The Tenth Edition updates the materials on Articles 3, 4, Article 4A, and federal payment systems law. It features a selection of leading cases in the area. The 2002 amendments to Articles 3 and 4 are considered, federal Check 21 Act, the 2009 Credit Card Act, and important recent amendments to Regulation CC.
