About Ines Maria VigilMartha L. Sylvia

Dr. Sylvia is the president of ForestVue Healthcare Solutions providing expertise in population health analytics strategy systems and program level interventions as well as education and training. She also contributes leadership and expertise for the Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree nationally and as an 'Associate Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Nursing. The focus of her leadership practice and academic appointments for over 15 years has been in population health management and strategy with clinical oversight; program design development and evaluation; and clinical analytics.She has a rich clinical background in acute and ambulatory care with experience from multiple perspectives including academic health systems payers providers and community health organizations. She has previously served as Director of Population Health Analytics at the Medical University of South Carolina and at Johns Hopkins Healthcare where she designed and implemented population health analytic infrastructure and led care management interventions. She completed her BS in Nursing at the University of Vermont; MSN/MBA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and Carey School of Business; and PhD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.' Dr. Ines Maria Vigil leads innovative healthcare business and clinical strategic initiative development clinical practice transformation population health analytics and data management informatics system integrations care delivery and applied econometrics for healthcare organizations across the US.Dr. Vigil has over sixteen years of leadership experience in healthcare and population health working with providers and organizations in the areas of value-based care delivery health care quality improvement data analytics informatics and preventive and occupational medicine.
