This book is a data-driven attempt to understand aging and produce an affordable and ethical longevity system for everyone to follow. The combined data of > 1000 leading references, electronic medical records, RNA and peptide microarrays shows that inherent rejuvenation accompanies and fights senescence and is the reason why life as a whole is immortal. Using publicly available data, the book shows that the individuals deliberately combining optimal foods, exercise, mental attitudes, supplements, and selected pharmaceuticals live by > 20 years longer than average population, with > 50% of these cohorts reaching 100 years. This book describes a point system, tracking daily the identified positives and negatives and showing that mortality rate is inverse to the number of tracked factors. The book is accompanied by multiple scientific proposals for further research, discussing the specific molecules, targets, and anti-aging vaccine development.
