About Kiryl Rudy

At the age of 23 Dr Kiryl Rudy became the youngest PhD economist in Belarus. He is the author of more than 200 articles and in 2004 was a Fulbright Scholar at Indiana University USA. From 2013 to 2016 he served as Economic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Belarus and Chief of the Economic Department at the Presidents Office. From 2016-2020 Dr Rudy served as the Ambassador of Belarus in China. He is currently a member of the supervisory board of Belarus Development Bank.
