About Jeanne Willis

Jeanne Willis wrote her first book aged five and has now written over eighty titles. She has won numerous awards including the Children's Book Award and the Silver Smarties Prize and has been shortlisted for the Whitbread Award. Jeanne is a great animal-lover and thinks all cats are super if not super-powered. Jim Field hails from the town of Farnborough (the one with the Airshow). He drew from a very early age with a burning ambition to 'make cartoons' and after studying animation at Hull School of Art and Design made his way into the industry while also penning his way as a freelance illustrator. He continues to illustrate childrens fiction and picture books and now lives in Paris with his girlfriend and a small grumpy cat.
