Ian Peate OBE FRCN JP is Visiting Professor at St George's and Kingston University Visiting Professor at Northumbria University Visiting Senior Clinical Fellow of University Hertfordshire Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Nursing and Head of School School of Health Studies Gibraltar. Barry Hill is Director of Education (Employability) Programme Leader BSc (Hons) Nursing Science Registered Nurse (RN NMC) Fellow of the HEA (FHEA) and Clinical Series Editor of the British Journal of Nursing. Claire Boyd was Practice Development Trainer in the Learning and Research Centre at North Bristol Healthcare Trust. She develops designs delivers and evaluates learning programmes and organises the transition training program for student nurses and support of these nurses in clinical areas.
