About G. Forster

Gillian Forster is the Programme Director of the Organisation and Human Resource Management and Development programmes and lecturer of Organisation Management Development and People Management Modules at Northumbria University UK. She joined NBS in 1993 following a number of years working in a variety of roles in the design profession including training and development corporate sponsorship and public relations.
